Meet Judge Vincent Venegoni

Judge Vincent Venegoni: A Lifetime of Quiet Service, Leadership, and Integrity
I didn't step into this role seeking the spotlight. I stepped up because of a lifelong commitment to public service. With over four decades of hands-on experience in law enforcement and judicial support—most of it as an unpaid volunteer long before anyone ever voted for me—I bring unmatched depth, steadiness, and real-world knowledge to the Justice of the Peace court.
From Volunteer to the Bench
Long before asking for a single vote, I gave back to our community as a Texas reserve police officer for 40 years, including 26 years proudly serving Collin County.
For 14 of those years, I volunteered as a bailiff right here in Precinct 4 Justice Court—the very same court I now lead—supporting Judge Mike Yarbrough, ensuring courtroom safety, and keeping operations running smoothly.
When Judge Yarbrough retired, I ran to continue that legacy of Republican leadership. In 2022, I defeated a Democrat challenger, keeping our court in conservative hands and upholding fair, no-nonsense justice.
Saving Taxpayers Over $1 Million: Fiscal Responsibility in Action
My service has always been about giving more than taking. According to the Collin County Deputy’s Association, a sworn officer costs taxpayers about $70 per hour. My more than 22,000 volunteer hours in Precinct 4 Justice Court alone saved Collin County taxpayers over $1 million in labor and benefits.
I also volunteered for 12 years as a patrol officer in the City of Celina, boosting public safety while keeping costs down for residents.
Experience That Truly Matters
Beyond the courtroom and the badge, I’m a seasoned security executive with decades of experience leading global operations, crisis response teams, and training law enforcement professionals worldwide.
I’ve managed large organizations, advised on risk and safety, and built teams focused on results. This unique blend of experience guides every decision on the bench, ensuring fairness and sound judgment for traffic cases, misdemeanors, civil matters, small claims, evictions, and more.
Trusted, Accessible Leadership for Precinct 4
As your Judge, I’m known for professionalism, integrity, and approachability. I understand this court inside and out—from protecting it as a volunteer bailiff to leading it today.
My 40+ years of dedicated service reflect a profound respect for the law and the hardworking taxpayers who make Collin County great.
I don’t just talk about service; I’ve lived it every day for over four decades.
With two challengers in the upcoming Republican Primary, your vote on March 3, 2026, will decide who continues this proven track record of conservative leadership. I’d be grateful for your support.
