Meet Vincent Venegoni
EXPERIENCED, FAIR, AND IMPARTIAL JUSTICE FOR COLLIN COUNTY
Vincent Venegoni is a proven public servant with more than 40 years of experience in law enforcement, judicial service, and executive leadership. He currently serves as Justice of the Peace for Precinct 4, where he is known for fairness, professionalism, and dedication to the community.

Decades of Volunteer Service
Vincent served 40 years as a volunteer Texas reserve police officer, including 26 years in Collin County. For 14 years, he volunteered in Precinct 4 Justice Court—the same court he now leads—serving as its Bailiff. In that time, he logged over 22,000 volunteer hours.
Over $1 Million Saved for Taxpayers
The Collin County Deputy’s Association estimates that staffing an officer costs the county about $70 per hour. Vincent’s volunteer service in the Precinct 4 court alone saved taxpayers over $1 million. He also served 12 years as a volunteer patrol officer in the City of Celina, adding even more value to the residents of Precinct 4.
Leadership You Can Trust
Beyond law enforcement, Vincent has held senior executive positions in global security and risk management. He brings integrity, experience, and practical leadership to the bench—always focused on fairness, accountability, and service to the community.
